1)Download from the WordPress Plugin Repository
2)Upload and expand the archive into your sites wp-content/plugins directory

Simply does not work. 404 error. Support has gone unanswered.

It works like a charm, even on multilingual sites. This does not happen with the old plugin called „PDF.js Viewer Shortcode“ which has not been updated for two years.
