Uppsetning
Install the plugin form WordPress’s plugin repository or simply download it and upload it form add new plugin section from admin. Before doing anything, regenerate thumbnails. Cause this plugin uses a different thumbnail size.
Now go to the widget panel, you will find a new widget named „Latest Post Widget“. Just put it at any widgetised area of your theme. You can control 2 things from here, enable/disable date display and the category display.
