Uppsetning

Upload the entire grasshoppers directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to Settings > Grasshoppers COD
Then add Cooporate ID which given by Grasshoppers Team.

Can I use test Cooperate ID?
Yes you can.
What is means for \’Enable for\’?
You can send data when customer pay using only enabled payment methods.
