From your WordPress dashboard
- Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
- Search for ‘1-click Backup & Restore Database’
- Click Install Now
- Activate it from your Plugins page
From WordPress.org
- Download sb-one-click-update-restore (.zip file)
- Go to your WordPress dashboard and visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
- Click ‘Upload Plugin’ and upload the sb-one-click-update-restore (.zip file)
- Activate it from your Plugins page
